Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
- Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged/defective, or
- The wrong item was delivered.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Exchange will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are issued only for:
- Cancelled orders (before shipping).
- Defective/damaged items returned as per policy.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
