Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:
    • The product is damaged/defective, or
    • The wrong item was delivered.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Exchange will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued only for:
    • Cancelled orders (before shipping).
    • Defective/damaged items returned as per policy.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
